Terms of use
Plain terms for a site that sells nothing.
1. Who we are
Belfast Flights is published by Oliver Jones. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. We do not sell travel
We are not an airline, a tour operator, a travel agent or an intermediary. We hold no ATOL, we take no bookings, we handle no money and we cannot alter, cancel or look up anyone’s reservation. Your contract is always with the company you book with.
3. Information, not advice
Everything here is general information. It is not personal travel, financial, insurance, medical or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Where a decision matters — insurance cover, entry requirements, medical fitness to fly — check with the provider or the relevant authority.
4. Accuracy and liability
We write carefully and correct errors quickly, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, including missed flights, refused baggage, booking decisions or travel disruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Climate and timing figures
Temperatures, sea temperatures and transfer times on this site are typical values for planning. They are not forecasts, not guarantees and not a substitute for checking conditions close to travel.
6. Third-party links
We link to operators, airports and public bodies. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Where any link is commercial, the page carrying it says so before the link.
7. Content and reuse
Text, structure, tables and original images on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may quote briefly with a visible credit and a working link. You may not republish pages wholesale, and you may not scrape or reuse this content for training or generating substitute material without written permission.
Third-party names and trade marks are the property of their owners and are used only to identify the services described. Their use does not imply any endorsement of us by them.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its security, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other people.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
